I write to ease the pains of living,

soothing lines of emollient

for a weathered soul.

When daily dialogues fail to satisfy

moods within,

I lift my pen

and

transfer my fancies

No need to discuss

these inspired reflections

defending their right or their wrong.

Just myself,

my pen

and common white bond,

finding solace from the pains of living.
